While many of us are lesbian, this site is also for our friends and families, and for all women who enjoy the company of other women in their professional or personal lives. We encourage business and social networking. Browse, learn, contribute, enjoy, comment. All we ask is that you always be considerate, tolerant, and respectful of others.
Our collective heart is heavy as we mourn the loss of our friend, Toni Hall. Toni was killed in an accident last Wednesday morning.

Women On Bikes... We are making history today! Women from just about every age group are coming to the sport more than ever before, whether for pure enjoyment or as an inexpensive and environmentally sound way to travel and commute. Womyn in Herstory: Even if they're not from Michigan, our foremothers blazed a trail for us. Whether we follow their trail, forge one of our own, or simply live quietly in the woods... it's interesting to learn a little about these gutsy gals. The photo at the top, left corner of this page is of Mary Renault, an English writer famous for her novels set in ancient Greece, and her partner Julie Mullard.
